I’ll give them credit, I found every lab test I needed, but wow, there were so many options to sort through. It got a little frustrating trying to figure out what was what, but at least everything I was looking for was there

"Easy Walk-In and Friendly Staff"
I had booked an appointment through True Health Labs, but I ended up showing up a little early and went in as a walk-in. Thankfully, the staff was really accommodating and still took me without any hassle. I only waited about 15 minutes, and the blood draw itself was quick and smooth. The only thing I’d say is that the check-in instructions could be a bit clearer. Overall, I’m grateful it was such an easy visit and had a good experience.

The service was good overall, and the doctor did follow up with me after my lab results came in. I appreciated the explanation, but I did get a bit frustrated waiting for the follow-up since I was anxious to hear what the results meant

"Good prices for the labs I needed"
I went with True Health Labs because my doctor needed me to get a few tests done, the local lab prices were way higher than I expected. The site was easy to use, and the pricing seemed fair, which was a relief.
I got my results back without any extra hassle, and I really liked that I knew the cost up front. For what I paid, it was worth it, worth it for sure. I’d use them again if I needed more labs.
